Classes
we have split our classes up at different times throughout the week trying to create a training time to suit everyone. All classes focus on technique and cardio while learning the Ringfit concept as well as being a high energy workout.

Ringfit is our Kickboxing class, combining both punches and kicks to feel like a real fighter. Using our unique training system, and introducing our "Bobs" Ringfit gives you an extreme workout with guaranteed results, for all levels.

Time to get those ripped abs! A quick class to really focus on the 'love handles' and give you a great core workout.
This class is all about having fun, a great circuit workout combining Cardio, Core, Strength and simply a KICKIN ASS workout.
A fun boxing class using focus pads working up combos. You'll use all energy systems giving you a great inner and outer workout, dumping serious calories and building for a lean and toned body.
