Steve 'Diamond' Dale is the head trainer and owner of Ringfit Gold Coast.

With over 15 years experience in Thai Boxing after 19 fights and a former State / National and International Champion. Fighting in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Japan.

As a fighter his main focus was his fitness which he brings to the Ringfit concept. His passion and the love for the sport has enabled him to live out his dreams as a pro-fighter. Now it's his time to give back, choosing the fitness path as a trainer he has created a fantastic girls only cardio class concept.

Simply one of a kind in Australia, after launching in Melbourne 4 years ago with great success, he has decided to pack up and move back to where it all started for him and his fight career. Steve had his first ever fight at the Gold Coast International in 1994.

After opening in September in Northview St, Mermaid Waters the classes and excitement surrounding Ringfit continue to grow.
